We are seeking a Seasonal Production Associate (Mothers Day Season) workers in our Louisville factory Louisville, KY $15.00 per hour Full-Time Seasonal | MondayFriday Position Overview We are hiring Seasonal Production Associates to support our busy Mothers Day production season at our print manufacturing facility in Louisville, KY. This is a short-term opportunity ideal for individuals looking to earn extra income in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Assignments will begin in late April and last approximately 2 to 5 weeks, depending on production needs. Requirements: Key Responsibilities Assist with operating and supporting production machines Handle materials and products throughout the manufacturing process Perform basic quality checks to ensure product standards are met Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules Maintain a clean and organized work area Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Qualifications & Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus (not required) Physical Requirements Ability to stand for the entire shift Ability to lift up to 2530 lbs as needed Comfortable working around machinery and production equipment Why Join Us?
