Role Definition This is a full‑time, hybrid‑eligible role based in Lakewood, WA, for a Call Center Representative. The primary responsibilities include addressing member inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfaction. You will handle incoming calls, assist with account‑related inquiries, provide information about products and services, and deliver consistent support to Harborstone members, fostering strong and lasting relationships. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with members. Proficiency in computer literacy, including managing customer information systems and software. Ability to resolve inquiries with a positive attitude and a member‑first focus. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in customer service or financial services is a plus.
