Customer Service Representative Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting client interactions and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, discipline to follow structured processes, a positive "can do" attitude, and be a dedicated team player, all with a high sense of urgency and accuracy. Location: Lenexa, KS Pay Range: $23.00 Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Whats the Job? Manage all direct contact with clients and prospects, ensuring professional and effective communication. Coordinate quote processes and track project progress to meet deadlines and client expectations. Maintain ongoing communication with clients, Blue Chip associates, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Support project coordination efforts, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Uphold high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all responsibilities. Whats Needed?
