Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Location: Washington Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position Details Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary We are looking to add a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to a growing telehealth setting focused on accessible mental health services. In this position, you will meet with clients virtually, identify treatment needs, provide counseling, and support clients as they work toward better emotional health and stronger day-to-day coping skills. This is a full-time opportunity for a clinician who wants dependable hours, meaningful patient interaction, and the convenience of remote practice. Responsibilities Provide virtual counseling sessions using a secure telehealth platform Complete client intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations Create and update treatment plans based on progress and clinical needs Help clients address emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal concerns Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and treatment documentation Use sound clinical judgment in identifying client needs and next steps Support continuity of care through referrals and care coordination when necessary Follow all licensing, ethical, and privacy standards in daily practice Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field Active LMHC license At least 1 year of post-licensure counseling experience preferred Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Comfortable providing care in a remote or telehealth setting Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a professional home office environment Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a flexible telehealth setting and explore your next career move with us. #J-18808-Ljbffr
