Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager Division: AELogistix/Shiplogiq Location: 375 E Markham St, Perris, CA 92571 (onsite 5 days) Reports to: VP of Warehousing, West Coast Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: Oversee all warehouse departments and managers Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and safety Develop and enforce SOPs across all functions Manage labor planning, scheduling, and productivity Drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure WMS accuracy and inventory integrity Lead performance reviews and team development Act as primary point of contact for key clients Qualifications: 5+ years warehouse or 3PL operations experience 2+ years in a senior management role Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Experience managing multi-client environments KPI-driven and process-oriented mindset The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees the entire warehouse operation, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, B2B, DTC, production/VAS, safety, labor, and performance metrics. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
