Follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work.Maintaining strong, effective relationships with customers and dealer personnel. Keep customers informed of any changes that occur.Overseeing customer satisfaction and solving problems that arise.Maximizing departmental profitability.Must be well organized.
