Customer Service Loader

Job Summary: The Customer Service Loader is responsible for providing excellent customer service while safely loading and unloading building materials. This role requires forklift experience and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Key Responsibilities: Load and unload building materials onto customer vehicles and delivery trucks Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move products within the yard or warehouse Assist customers with orders, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Verify materials against invoices or order forms Follow all safety procedures and company policies Communicate effectively with team members and customers Requirements: Prior forklift operating experience (certification preferred or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50-100 lbs) Strong customer service and communication skills Basic math and problem-solving abilities Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Preferred Qualifications: Experience in building materials, lumber yard, or warehouse environment Knowledge of construction materials and supplies Work Environment: Outdoor yard and warehouse setting Exposure to weather, dust, and heavy equipment Physical labor required throughout the shift Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm OT may be required based on order needs 26-08686 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
