We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our daily operations in Northville, MI. This role is essential for the timely distribution of equipment and supplies used in telecommunications construction projects, including fiber, aerial, and underground builds. What Youll Do Material Management: Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials while picking and packing supplies for specific job sites. Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records and assist with cycle counts to ensure all telecom materialssuch as fiber cable, conduit, and handholesare accounted for. Logistics Support: Safely load and unload trucks and coordinate with field crews to assist with deliveries as needed. Facility Maintenance: Organize and maintain a clean, safe environment in both the warehouse and the yard. Equipment Operation: Utilize warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to move materials efficiently. What Youll Bring Experience: One or more years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or construction is preferred. Familiarity with telecom or utility construction materials is a significant plus. Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor throughout the day in both indoor and outdoor environments. Technical Skills: Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and a strong attention to detail. Requirements: A valid drivers license is required. Forklift certification and a CDL (Class A or B) are highly preferred. Position Details Location: Northville, MI. Compensation: $18 $24 hourly.
