Job Description

Position: Engagement Solutions Contact Center – Remote / Fenton, MO (optional). Location: 100% remote within continental US; if residing in Fenton, MO, option to work onsite. Must have reliable broadband internet; Dish Internet not allowed. Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm CST. Temporary assignment lasting approximately 3 months. What You'll Be Doing 60% inbound calls: Receive participant calls, answer questions about orders, recommend solutions. 20% system updates: Review and update order information in proprietary system. 20% back‑end support / training: Assist with back‑end support as needed; attend training sessions on new or existing clients. What You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED. 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center. Strong computer skills, proficiency in navigating multiple screens online. Excellent communication skills with clear, articulate phone voice. Proficient writing and grammar skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. If working remotely, a quiet dedicated workspace with no distractions. Key Competencies Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and accept new challenges. Positive, upbeat, outgoing professional attitude. Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills. Strong keyboarding and data entry skills. Fast learner, adaptable, resilient.
