Overview Customer Service Specialist II – Albany, New York (Hybrid) – 18 hour pay. Customer Service Specialist II supporting the New York State Department of Health Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) program. GDIT is your place to make meaningful contributions to challenging projects and grow a rewarding career. Responsibilities You will be answering inbound phone calls from Medicaid Providers for billing or enrollment. These calls are not scripted; there is knowledge to be learned to understand and help the providers with their Medicaid claims.
