Position Purpose This role provides administrative and accounting support to the Shared Services Group, with a primary focus on accounts payable processing and credit card transactions. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely financial operations and maintaining strong internal controls. Key Responsibilities Transaction Processing Process credit card transactions through online platforms Enter and process non-ERS (Evaluated Receipt Settlement) invoices Review and analyze freight files from third-party providers Process employee expense reports in Concur Reconciliation & Reporting Post and reconcile Concur-related entries Perform monthly account reconciliations Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed Compliance & Documentation Support and maintain the 1099 reporting process Ensure accurate recordkeeping in compliance with company policies and retention requirements Support & Continuous Improvement Assist with special projects and reporting as needed Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and efficiency Qualifications Education Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 24 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience Working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience working with ERP systems Familiarity with Concur or similar expense management systems preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Physical requirements and working conditions: Primarily desk-based role with regular computer use May require extended periods of sitting and working at a computer ITW is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
