Job Captain

A California-based design firm that provides a wide range of architectural, interior, and planning services is seeking a Job Captain to help them oversee and manage the internal architectural project team, coordinate with consultants ensuring documentation completeness, and code compliance and quality assurance at their Davis, CA office.Your Day Includes:Drafting construction documents and providing red line corrections and updates to junior team membersCoordinating the internal architectural project team and managing the work of othersEnsuring design completeness of construction documents, including code compliance and quality assuranceInteracting with external client side peers and attending planning and construction meetings as neededSupporting project managers on fee proposals, project schedules, work plans, and conceptual cost estimatesMust Haves:Bachelor's degree in Architecture4+ years of experience in the fieldProficiency with Revit, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and BluebeamP.S.In addition to offering a comprehensive health, dental, and vision package, we also provide reimbursements for approved professional examinations and professional societies dues.If you meet the required qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
