Be More Than You Can** _Imagine_ **/.** As a key member of the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Digital Transformation organization, the Solution Train Engineer will be a Servant Leader and Coach for the StarDrive Solution Train, facilitating and guiding the work of all ARTs and Suppliers in the 3DX digital thread ecosystem/. This highly visible role will coordinate, facilitate, and help to guide the constituent Agile Release Trains /(ARTs/), IT Systems, and organizations toward productive outcomes/. The Solution Train Engineer /(STE/) possesses a systems view of the entire development and delivery process/.
