Acerca del puesto Logistics Operations Coordinator We are seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to support FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) and bonded-warehouse operations. The role ensures accurate shipment coordination, inventory control, regulatory compliance, and efficient information flow across logistics, commercial, and finance teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate inbound/outbound FTZ operations and ensure compliance.Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical vs. system data. Prepare import/export documentation and track shipment status.Support commercial teams with documentation, reporting, and order processes. Generate reports (inventory, sales, KPIs) and manage logistics billing. Requirements2+ years of logistics or FTZ experience. Knowledge of import/export documentation and Incoterms. Advanced Excel and experience with ERP/WMS (SAP B1 a plus). Fluent English and Spanish.
