Operations Coordinator - Order Processing$45,000 Salary Structured Workflow In-Office Dallas, TXSales closes the deal. You make it real.Our advisors secure the customer. Your job is to ensure every order is executed accurately, completely, and on time across multiple provider systems.If you're detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and like structured, process-driven work - this role will feel satisfying.What You'll DoWhen a sale is completed, you take ownership of the order.What a typical day looks like:Process service orders across multiple provider systems and portalsReview advisor notes to make sure every order is accurate and completeReach out to customers when needed to confirm information or move-in timelinesResolve discrepancies before they create problemsCommunicate with sales advisors and providers when issues ariseTrack order progress and make sure installations and activations move forwardKeep clean, organized documentation in our CRMFollow established processes and checklists to ensure accuracyYou'll manage multiple active orders at once and move them through a structured workflow each day.
