Processing of MAWB consolidations, responsible for set trade-lanes encompassing all aspects of the ATA process. Preferably operational experience in the air freight industry including but not limited to prior experience with warehousing/ airline/ GHA/ freight forwarder Air Export Gateway operations.How you create impactProvide excellent customer service and on-going commitment to quality and data integrityPrepare, handle and process documentation needed for air export consolidationsInteract and collaborate closely with the air export departments in the regionArrange bookings with carriers; optimize cargo consolidationsEnsure timely processing and delivery to the airport; constant communication with the warehouse team and truck dispatch during the consolidation processTrack & trace shipments; monitor vendor performance; address and resolve service irregularitiesContribute to maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal customersMaintain compliance standards at all times, including internal policies and procedures, external government regulations and customer requirementsMeet key performance indicators (KPIs) to support department, branch, product and company goalsResponsible for daily updating and monitoring of reporting toolsUnderstand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiencySupport pricing team on rate quotesPerform other duties as assignedAdherence to internal healthcare guidelines, procedures and minimum requirements as defined in Global Quality Ensure training compliance as per defined training matrix (yourself + team, as applicable).Maintain basic GxP awareness (requirements and applicable guidelines, e.g.. Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
