Job SummaryThis position will be commuting to and working out of our Washington, DC office. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating delivery, installation, and related operational activities for projects from scheduling through post-installation follow-up. They will collaborate closely with internal, cross-functional teams and clients to ensure efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional client experience. They will support overall project execution, documentation accuracy, and ongoing client relationships. ResponsibilitiesLogistics + Execution. Coordinate delivery, scheduling, installation, and logistical activities with internal teams and partners for installers and clients. Collaborate with installation teams to track received and delivered products. Support installers and clients as needed for successful project execution. Project + Order Management. Maintain accurate and consistent documentation standards across all accounts and projects, consisting of work orders, install packets, etc. Track and manage punch list items, including coordinating solutions with vendors, installers, and internal teams. Process claims and work with vendors to identify and implement solutions. Provide regular project and work order status updates to internal teams and clients. Attend project meetings to support project execution and issue resolution.Customer Service. Collaborate with external partners including A+D firms, interior contractors, engineers, and IT groups. Maintain a professional and positive demeanor across situations, clients, and vendors. Communicate with transparency and professionalism across project team to promote exceptional client experience. Adapt to project and client needs in alignment with core process and service level expectations. People + Culture Development. Perform work and engage in support of organization culture and expectations. Establish and nurture inclusive relationships with colleagues and within project teams. Maintain accountability for ongoing learning and improvements required to perform job. RequirementsQualifications - Education and ExperienceRequired: High school diploma or equivalent required Proficient in Microsoft Office365 applications (including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Ability to take directionDetail and task-oriented with proven organizational and problem-solving skills Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and team environment Strong customer service and interpersonal orientation Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong ability and willingness for continuous learning and professional developmentPreferred: Previous experience working in the contract furniture, design, project management, or construction industriesAdditional InformationHenricksen offers competitive wages based on skills and experience as well as comprehensive benefits packages.
