Artech is currently seeking to add to the below position Job Title: Active Directory Delivery Leader Job ID: 26-07257 Location: Onsite : Atlanta GA Job Description: Required skills: Overview The Active Directory Delivery Leader is responsible for shaping, designing, and delivering complex security solutions that meet business requirements. This role blends the responsibilities of a project architect, delivery engineer, and project manager, requiring both deep technical expertise and strong strategic leadership. Key Responsibilities • Consume and interpret business requirements to envision, architect, and design cybersecurity solutions • Strategize, plan, and execute end-to-end project delivery while maintaining a clear execution path • Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across technical and business domains • Build detailed project plans using Client Project and track execution progress • Create architectural diagrams using Client Visio to communicate solution designs • Prepare accurate project estimates and delivery timelines • Break down complex technical challenges into manageable components, identifying root causes, symptoms, and appropriate remedies • Drive proactive engagement, ensuring risks and issues are identified early and addressed effectively • Maintain flexibility to manage evolving objectives while ensuring successful project completion • Leverage AI tools, including Copilot, to enhance productivity and develop solutions Technical Expertise • Deep technical experience with Windows and Linux system administration • Strong proficiency in Active Directory including UPN transformation and migration across domains, during mergers and acquisitions • Experience designing and implementing Federated Single Sign On solutions using Client EntraID, including Conditional Access policies • Expertise in Passwordless and MFA technologies including YubiKey, Client Windows Hello for Business, and RSA SecurID • Hands-on experience with Centrify Server Suite • Strong understanding of core computer networking concepts and Database Administration Leadership Attributes • Strategic, goal-driven leadership style with the ability to see both the big picture and detailed execution path • Innovative, proactive, and highly effective problem-solver • Confident, self-aware communicator capable of influencing across teams and levels • Flexible mindset with the discipline to drive projects to full completion Desired Experience and Certifications • 20+ years of experience working with the technologies listed above • CISSP certification • PMP certification • Relevant technical certifications in Windows system administration or Active Directory (such as Client-issued certifications) Please apply on our company website ( ) with reference to job ID, or contact me at Sanjeet.kumar, (PR email ID)
