This role ensures materials and services are available to meet business requirements for quality, availability, cost, and risk mitigation while supporting profitable growth. QUALIFICATIONS 12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain and/or purchasing roles.10+ years of management or executive leadership experience.Demonstrated experience leading purchasing and supplier management teams with accountability for cost, service, and risk.Proven success managing complex supplier relationships and enterprise-level contract negotiations.Experience leading integrated supply chain functions across multiple sites or business units.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field required.Master's degree preferred.
