Job Title: Delivery ManagerLocation: City (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Employment Type: Temporary ContractContract Duration: April 20, 2026 - December 31, 2026 (with potential extension)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to drive the successful execution of digital product initiatives. This role combines Scrum Master and Project Management responsibilities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of product features while supporting engineering teams and coordinating releases.The Delivery Manager will work closely with Product Management, UX Design, and Engineering teams to lead agile practices, manage delivery plans, and maintain alignment across stakeholders. This role also supports operational activities, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities1. Plan & Drive ExecutionOwn the end-to-end planning, sprint, and release delivery lifecycleTranslate product roadmaps into actionable sprint plans with clear milestonesDevelop and maintain project plans, risks, and dependenciesEnsure alignment between user stories, technical design, and team capacityDeliver key artifacts such as sprint plans, delivery plans, tracking boards, and team documentation2. Lead Agile Delivery PracticesFacilitate agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesLead periodic planning sessions for the teamSupport backlog refinement to ensure work meets readiness standardsMaintain backlog quality and team velocityEstablish and enforce delivery standards and definitions of ready/doneProvide metrics, documentation, and status reporting3. Support Engineering ExecutionPartner with technical leads to plan and track engineering workCoordinate releases, deployment planning, and QA alignmentEnsure production readiness including monitoring and documentationMaintain delivery documentation and release communications4. Manage Risks, Issues & DependenciesAct as the first point of escalation for delivery blockersIdentify and coordinate cross-team dependenciesProactively mitigate risks and communicate issuesMaintain risk logs, dependency tracking, and communication plans5. Enable Transparency & ReportingTrack and report on delivery performance (velocity, throughput, release cadence)Provide regular status updates and KPI reportingMaintain documentation for visibility and audit readinessProduce quality and compliance reports6.
