Job Description

Order Management & Fulfillment• Process and release daily sales orders for shipment; manage inbound order receiving in NetSuite.• Release point-of-sale orders (glassware, signage, etc.) from the third-party fulfillment center to customers.Freight & Logistics Optimization• Coordinate freight scheduling across distributors, warehouses, and freight brokers.• Minimize outbound freight costs by consolidating orders into multi-stop and pooled loads, reducing LTL shipments wherever possible.• Achieve a minimum 85% on-time, accurate delivery rate as defined by customer-issued expected dates, with continuous focus on shipping efficiency.Inventory & Warehouse Management• Partner with warehouse teams to manage product rotation and lot-date compliance, minimizing aged inventory.• Maintain security and accountability for product and POS inventories at remote warehouse locations, including perpetual-to-book reconciliation, bill-backs for discrepancies, and regular inventory audits.• Conduct at least one on-site physical inventory per remote warehouse location annually.Communication & Cross-Functional Support• Proactively communicate supply chain developments-including delivery status, aged product concerns, and logistical issues-to the Sales team, management, and other relevant stakeholders.RequirementsEducation & Experience• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field-or equivalent professional experience.• Minimum 3 years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience.Skills & Competencies• Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and chart creation.• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.• Familiarity with third-party data analysis and logistics platforms.• Strong analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.• Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment.** Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
