Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Job Captain to support project execution and ensure day-to-day technical success. This role works closely with the Principal and Project Manager, assisting with coordination, scheduling, and communication to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Technical Support:Oversee the day-to-day technical aspects of assigned projectsSupport the Project Manager in ensuring project milestones and deliverables are metAssist in maintaining project quality and consistency across all phasesScheduling & Staffing:Partner with the Project Manager to monitor project status and timelinesAssist in coordinating project schedules and tracking progressAnticipate CAD and production needs throughout the project lifecycleAdjust staffing plans as project requirements evolveCommunication & Documentation:Assist in coordinating and documenting meetings with consultants and governmental agenciesSupport communication between internal teams and external stakeholdersMaintain accurate project records and documentationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferredPrevious experience in a Job Captain, Project Coordinator, or similar roleStrong knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)Excellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentThe Company is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
