This opportunity is ideal for brokers who bring an existing book of business and are looking for a company that genuinely supports growth-without unnecessary red tape.The organization provides strong operational backing, modern technology, and a broker-first culture that allows top performers to focus on what matters most: moving freight, strengthening relationships, and scaling revenue.RequirementsKey Responsibilities Manage and grow an existing book of business across shipper and carrier relationships Build long-term partnerships with customers and carriers through consistent, high-touch service Source, negotiate, and secure freight opportunities on a daily basis Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules while monitoring loads in transit Proactively communicate shipment updates and resolve issues quickly Develop and maintain a reliable, compliant carrier network Ensure accurate documentation, load tracking, and communication records Drive consistent revenue growth while exceeding monthly margin and volume targets Qualifications 2+ years of proven experience as a Freight Broker with an active book of business Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Experience with load boards, TMS platforms, and freight-matching tools Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on growth and profitabilityWhat the Company Offers Full back-office support (billing, collections, carrier setup, compliance) Access to industry-leading technology, load boards, and TMS platforms Flexibility and autonomy to grow your book your way A collaborative, broker-focused culture committed to long-term success Clear path to scaling earnings without unnecessary bureaucracyBenefitsAdditional Details Job Type: Full-time Location: Hybrid - Nashville, TN area Benefits Include: 401(k) Paid time off Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Referral program Individuals with criminal records are encouraged to applyCompensation Base salary range: $75,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience and performance Uncapped commission structure with strong upside for revenue producers
