Role Description: * Lead the daily ETF operations workflow coordination and oversight * Serve as operational liaison between Capital Markets, Portfolio Management, Trading, Product, Legal and Technology teams * Leverage stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external service providers * Create scalable processes to support the firm's ETF product growth strategy * Develop and maintain operational procedures for new ETF launches and ongoing product management * Identify and mitigate operational risks across the ETF value chain Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required: * 3-5 years of ETF operations experience at an asset management firm, custodian or fund accounting organization * Strong understanding of ETF mechanics, including basket construction, NAV calculations, and authorized participant relationships * Experience working with internal and external service providers across the ETF value chain * Knowledge of asset management regulatory environment (Investment Company Act, SEC reporting requirements) * Knowledge of equity, fixed income, derivative investments, and emerging markets * Advanced Excel proficiency for portfolio analysis, reconciliation, and reporting * Experience with portfolio management systems (e.g., Aladdin) * Understanding of market data vendors and ETF-specific data feeds Nomura Competencies Explore Insights & Vision * Identify the underlying causes of problems faced by you or your team and define a clear vision and direction for the future.
