Co-Op, Airport Customer Service PMO (Summer 2026)

BROAD SCOPE OF POSITION: Assist with the various Atlanta Airport Customer Service internal consulting activities including gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, developing and communicating recommendations, developing measurement systems, preparing for implementing performance improvements, and assisting in change management. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of various work situations. * Provide planning and analytical skills to various improvement projects. * Assist in design and implementation of various business process improvement projects. * Assist project teams involved in the development of measurement strategies and systems. * Assist with other research efforts as needed. Students must be able to complete 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA in line with one of the below schedules: Summer 2026 - 1st rotation Spring 2027 - 2nd rotation Fall 2028 - 3rd rotation
