Teamwork: * Engage in training sessions and learn alongside your manager to complete essential Dunkin' training. * Support the onboarding of new crew members by sharing tips and knowledge. * Foster a respectful and positive work environment by collaborating effectively with your team. * Be open to coaching and guidance to continuously improve your skills. * Arrive on time, ready to contribute your best to the team each shift.
