Job Description

The responsibilities of a Service Dispatcher (production guru) include greeting service employees, listening to their needs, and scheduling production ready appointments as needed in the software system to qualified personnel. Maintain through put of service shop operations and transfers to off-site Fleet operations, while optimizing labor GROSS across multiple jobs. Process prior approvals and service part warranty approvals with technician assistance PRIOR to scheduling work completion.
