The Panthers remain committed to empowering our fans to live sustainably and to strengthen the resiliency of our diverse communities throughout Florida and the tri-county area.Job Title: Warehouse RunnerDepartment: Sanza Food ServiceReports To: Warehouse ManagerFLSA: Non-Exempt Employment Type: Part-Time Location: Amerant Bank ArenaJob Summary:The Warehouse Runner position will assist in receiving and storage of all incoming products in the appropriate storage areas. This position is responsible for filling and delivering stock to concession stands prior to and during events. The Warehouse Runner is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse.Job Functions:Specific duties include but are not limited to:Unpacks, examines, and stores incoming shipments in proper storeroom, cooler or freezerFills and delivers product requisitions, including beer kegs, to concession stands and rotates stock to ensure freshnessFollows all safety requirements when moving stockUnderstand and complies with company safety policies as well as all Health Department Food & Safety regulationsLight warehouse and fryer maintenance, including but not limited to cleaning/filling fry oil and cleaning hood air ventsGeneral cleaning of all storage areas by sweeping, mopping, disposing of garbage and cardboard recyclingPerform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse ManagerQualifications:Must be a minimum of 18 years of ageMust be extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and a focus on quality and consistencyMust be able to perform physical requirement of the position, including lifting up to 50lbs and standing /walking for extended periods of time without sittingMust be able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures, often coldStrong inter-personal skills; establishing and maintaining productive relationships with fellow workers and supervisorsMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment where noise levels are generally high with heavy crowd trafficMust possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Must have a "team-first" mentality with an eagerness to learnPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a non-exempt position.
