Job Summary MediBril is actively searching for a qualified Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our healthcare team. This role is integral to the delivery of excellent respiratory care services to our patients. If you are a dedicated professional with experience in respiratory therapy, we invite you to apply. Duties: Administer respiratory treatments and therapies, including oxygen, aerosol medications, and ventilator management. Assess patients by performing diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gases, and pulmonary function tests. Develop individualized respiratory care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Monitor and record the progress of the patient's treatment. Educate patients and families on respiratory issues and treatment plans. Maintain and clean respiratory equipment to ensure its proper function. Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program. Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist. Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
