Job Title: Vehicle Operations Support Specialist Location: Phoenix, AZ / Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 1 day/week in office) Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension) Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Operations Support Specialist to support daily logistics, order management, and data operations. This role requires strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to work with multiple systems to ensure smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound communication with vendors, clients, and customers Maintain accurate records including order details, contact information, and account updates Process and manage transportation and order-related data in internal systems Track and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking orders, inventory, and reporting Monitor daily inventory and ensure proper allocation Analyze data trends to support operational improvements Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as needed Required Skills & Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with data entry, order processing, or operations support Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management High attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations Familiarity with CRM or order management systems Experience handling inventory or reporting
