Learn more about us at .About the position:Prepare patient charts prior to medical and behavioral encountersCollect and document vital signsAdminister urine drug screen and record results, assist medical provider with UDS interpretation and process UDS confirmation as necessaryDocument injection consents and assist with injectionsProvide customer support to patients in the clinic including scheduling, appointment confirmation, and provider sequencingDocument medical and behavioral encounters in health record management systemsAdminister and process consent forms and other patient questionnairesAssist medical and behavioral provider in writing and transferring ordersTransfer imaging from partner portals into health record management systemsObtain and assist medical provider in reviewing the Controlled Substance Utilization Review and Evaluation System (CURES) reportProcess referrals as ordered to other external providers and community health resourcesEnsure exam rooms are clean and stocked.
