OMG Roofing Products is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of value-added components for the commercial roofing industry. The FastenMaster Division manufactures and markets innovative, premium quality wood-to-wood fasteners that are engineered to enable professional contractors to complete building projects safer, faster, and easier. At OMG, the Floater will work with our 1st Shift E-Coat and Dip Spin Teams in this finished goods production area. Position ResponsibilitiesPromote Safety as the Number One Priority of all OMG employees. Set up the machine, observe machine operation, and ensure the product is packed according to specifications.Setup and operate various machines.Perform quality checks on parts, ensuring parts meet quality specifications.Package parts per specifications and palletize.Rake product from loader into baskets to prepare for coating.Using rake, level product in baskets on conveyors leading to coating machine.Assist with unloading of product from baskets to tubs not downloaded automatically to packing machines.Record production details as necessary.Package fasteners at dump stations as necessary.Maintain a neat and well-organized work area.Assist with maintenance machine as necessary.
