For more information, visit The MAC Coordinator role plays a critical part in managing corporate relocations, furniture reconfigurations, vendor coordination, event setups, and internal moves across a fast-paced, high-tech campus environment. You'll be the bridge between our client, vendors, and internal partners-delivering seamless transition support and logistical coordination for 100+ moves and 200+ FSRs each month. Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in project or technology coordination preferred. * Proven experience with project delivery as well as direct experience with moves, adds and changes, facilities management, and operations in a dynamic corporate environment is essential. * Understanding and knowledge of architectural drawings * Planning, coordination, and execution skills for all levels of facilities requests * Ability to build collaborative relationships with others team members and provider. * Ability to foster teamwork. * Customer centric/client orientation/customer driven and focus. * Detail oriented. * Interpersonal and communication skills with managing staff * Management and skills at all levels of the client's organization and * Oral and written communication skills * Engage at all levels of the organization. * Exhibit high energy level and demonstrate ability to work as a valuable contributor to the team. * Must be an initiative-taking candidate with the ability to work independently in a highly fluid environment. * Willingness to stay well-informed of market trends, regulations, and best practice specifically in the Hybrid Workplace space. * Software proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Asana * Experience with Tririga and AutoCAD Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key business partners, vendor partners, and MAC Manager. * Manage weekly small (10) group moves. * Implement move plan in accordance with the approved occupancy plan. * Coordinate with FM team, Events team, and/or move vendor on installation and reconfiguration of furniture as it pertains to small and large group moves. * Develop and maintain project schedules for move management activities. * Develop and implement relocation project plan, schedule, and budget through collaboration with the facility, project and construction managers and adhere to it. * Coordinate with project manager to ensure work is delivered within timeframe and agreed-upon scope. * Procure and manage move labor, including vendor/contractor bidding process, evaluate proposals and recommend selection of vendor/contractor. * Coordinate pre-move walkthroughs to ensure spaces are ready to receive occupants. * Keep track of all tasks, schedules, and budgets related to the move. * Ensure all moves are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes and adhere to schedules. * Support change management as it pertains to changing workspace and work style. * Drive to improve client awareness by providing trending analysis for MAC process. * Send out post-move surveys and reports on findings and identify process improvements as appropriate. * Evaluate and provide improvement suggestions for move processes and vendors; identify ways to improve client relationships through the MAC process. * Ensure all project initiation, execution and closeout documentation are complete. Relationships and Roles: ABM Operations (Internal) * Collaborate with Able/ABM Management Team to drive compliance, metrics, and outcomes ensuring all client KPI, SOW, and SLA requirements are met for Office signage program and Move Support Program. * ABM Clients (External) * Function as Client Advocate, Key Representative and/or key point of contact from Able/ABM ensuring excellence relative to MAC support work. * Key Relationships (Internal) * Able/ABM Directors, Managers and Stafff * Strong customer service skills and ability to manage work appropriately. * Strong problem solving, decision making, management, and written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to handle heavy volume of work daily, including multitasking and assign vendor responsibilities. * Functions effectively as part of a broader program management and construction team * Excellent time management and organizational skills, detail oriented * Understanding of office furniture / interior design / minor renovations industry * Familiarity with requirements of drawings and specifications and with terms and conditions of project contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders; ability to read drawings and specifications. * Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
