About Client: Client is a multinational corporation specializing in information technology (IT) services, consulting, and digital transformation. Title: Delivery Manager Salary Range: $170000 to $200000 per annum Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with PMP best practices. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet fixed-bid and public sector objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and task alignment. Monitor project risks, issues, and changes, providing timely updates and mitigation strategies. Conduct regular status meetings and deliver progress reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and government regulations in public sector projects. Drive continuous process improvement and innovation in project management practices. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in project management, with proven expertise in project leadership and the application of project management methodologies. Demonstrated, hands-on experience managing fixed-price / fixed-bid projects with full accountability for scope, budget, and delivery. Strong experience leading end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with PMP best practices. PMP certification preferred. Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field is required. MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is preferred. Experience managing complex project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and change management. Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Experience delivering projects in public sector environments is a plus. Exposure to account management and business development activities is desirable. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
