Route Supervisor

DescriptionCleanStreet provides street sweeping to municipalities in the Inland Empire. We are seeking a supervisor that has experience operating sweepers and if possible, experience training and supervising sweeper operators or other heavy equipment operators. Driver supervisor will oversee street sweeper operators in the Inland Empire and surrounding area. Sweeper operators drive full-size commercial sweepers to sweep City streets, alleys and parking lots as scheduled per route map. Sweeper operators are expected to:Obey traffic laws at all times with safety as the top priorityRemove debris from roadway that is too large for sweeperReport obstructions or excessive debris that prevent sweepingPerform pre- and post-trip inspection on assigned equipmentBe proactive in reporting equipment issuesComplete all required forms daily such as Vehicle Inspection and Street Sweeping ReportWork within scheduled hoursAlways strive to complete routeDriver Supervisor will interact with drivers and customers to maintain customer satisfactionMonitor driver performance, document, disciplineInspect routesRespond to and resolve complaintsManage schedulesMonitor payrollAssist in recruitingRequirementsRequired experienceManagement: 1 yearRequired languagesEnglishSpanishRequired license or certificationDriver's License class B or A
