Crew Leader (Holland)

The OpportunityThis role supports daily greenhouse production while helping lead crews during peak seasons. As a Senior General Labour / Crew Leader, you will assist in overseeing planting lines and general production teams to ensure output targets, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently met.You'll work closely with Team Leaders and site leadership to keep crews organized, on pace, and aligned.
