Dispatcher & Logistics CoordinatorALL Crane Rental of FloridaTampa, FL - 33610 Position SummaryALL Crane Rental of Florida, located in Tampa, is seeking a self-motivated professional to provide leadership and supervision in the role of Dispatcher & Logistics Coordinator. This position will be responsible for daily dispatching of crane fleet and/or support equipment, prioritizing tasks, meeting customer expectations, and assuring compliance with all government regulations. This is an exempt, full-time position in a casual office environment. Comprehensive benefit package.Essential FunctionsKeep records, logs, and schedules of the calls they make and/or receive, the equipment and staff they monitor and control, and the actions they take.Maintain information on each call and then prepare a detailed report on all activities occurring during their shifts.Ensure on time delivery of cranes and equipment to job sites.Secure permits.Ensure company drivers maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT and company safety regulations.Dispatcher will also assist in other activities and duties as assigned by Branch Manager.
