Job Title: Fleet ManagerLocation: Capitol Nissan-INFINITIDepartment: Sales / Commercial & FleetReports To: General ManagePosition SummaryCapitol Nissan-INFINITI is seeking an experienced and driven Fleet Manager to lead and grow our fleet and commercial vehicle business. This role is responsible for developing relationships with local and regional businesses, government agencies, and corporate clients, while managing all aspects of fleet sales from prospecting through delivery. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong B2B sales skills, dealership experience, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and grow the dealership's fleet and commercial vehicle sales portfolioProspect and build relationships with local businesses, municipalities, rental companies, and corporate accountsAct as the primary point of contact for all fleet customers, ensuring a high level of service and repeat businessPrepare and present fleet pricing, proposals, bids, and contractsCoordinate with OEM fleet programs, incentives, and compliance requirementsWork closely with Sales, Finance, Service, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth transactions and timely deliveriesTrack fleet leads, opportunities, and sales performance using CRM toolsEnsure accurate documentation, titling, and billing for all fleet transactionsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunitiesRepresent Capitol Nissan-INFINITI at networking events, trade shows, and community outreach programsQualificationsPrevious experience in fleet sales, commercial sales, or automotive dealership sales requiredStrong understanding of Nissan and INFINITI fleet/commercial programs (preferred)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goalsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneouslyProficiency with CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office toolsValid driver's license and clean driving recordCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus commission structurePerformance bonuses based on fleet volume and profitabilityMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchWhy Capitol Nissan-INFINITIEstablished, high-volume dealership with strong brand presenceSupportive leadership and long-term growth opportunitiesEntrepreneurial environment where results are recognized and rewardedRequirements:Communication and customer service abilitiesUnderstanding of vehicle specifications, fleet leasing, and financing options(willing to teach)Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and large inventories(willing to teach)Proficiency in CRM software and fleet management systems(Willing to teach)
