Right patient, right place, right time. /n The core responsibilities of this role include: monitoring and dispatching in a time-efficient and cost-effective manner and transmitting any concerns or issues to the Customer Service Manager. /n Position: Dispatcher Shift: Wednesday-Sunday 6:30 AM- 2:30 PM Pay: $20/hr. /n The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: /n * 2+ years of Customer Service Experience. * Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques. * Ensure that dispatching is completed with emphasis on cost effectiveness and time efficient manner. * Maintain current knowledge of routes and locations to assure timely service and accurate information. * Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions. * Interact and communicate with staff in a professional manner. * Utilize critical thinking skills. * Utilize tracking/dispatching software - E-Courier. * Maintain regular attendance and dependability. * Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills. * Have excellent computer skills, including but not limited to data entry, documentation skills, organization. * Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, multi-tasking. /n Our excellent benefits packages includes: * Affordable medical, dental, and vision coverage available beginning on your 30th day * PTO program for all associates, including paid holidays and vacation * 401(k) with generous company match * Tuition reimbursement program * Excellent training and career advancement opportunities SDS RX Dispatcher (US)","title
