Airport Facilities Coordinator

Salary range: $44,286-$66,429 Posting expires: April 13, 2026 General Description and Classification Standards Coordinates planning, construction, remodeling, custodial, landscape maintenance, security and building maintenance activities of various facilities of the department. Provides instructions to and reviews the work of maintenance, custodial and security personnel and/or contractors to ensure work is completed effectively and in a timely manner. Aids in the planning, development and installation of new sites, facilities, and buildings; and performs other tasks as assigned. This is an experienced, skilled, or technical level capable of carrying out most assignments typical of the position or specialty with limited guidance or review. This level would be considered a promotional level and attainable by any incumbents in a work group who demonstrate the necessary knowledge, ability, and performance. Could be the only position in this specialty in a work group or could be part of a general or specialized work team. Supervision Received Works under minimal supervision. May assist in training, orienting, or observing lower-level associate, apprentice, or semi-skilled employee in the group. Facilities Coordinator will be required to work any of three (3) shifts or combination thereof based on the project oversite requirements.
