As a rapidly growing marketplace, we are committed to delivering exceptional operational efficiency and an excellent customer experience.What we are looking for:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Operations Associate to assist with the daily operations of our hub located in Mountain View, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports and/or Pokémon cards, coupled with experience in logistics.RequirementsResponsibilities:Intake and Inventory Management: Manage the intake of packages containing sports and Pokémon cards. Ensure accurate logging and tracking of inventory using our inventory management system.Shipping and Distribution: Coordinate the shipping process for outgoing packages, ensuring timely and secure delivery to designated recipients. Implement shipping protocols to maintain the integrity and safety of valuable items.Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and quality checks to verify the condition of items entering and exiting the facility. Implement procedures to safeguard against loss, damage, or theft.Security and Compliance: Maintain strict security protocols to protect stored items. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies regarding handling and storage of valuable assets.Requirements:Local to Mountain View, CA or willing to commute dailyExperience in handling sports and/or Pokémon cardsExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Availability on M-F 9-5BenefitsPlease note that this is a 1099 job with no benefits.
