From coordinating schedules and onboarding new providers to supporting day-to-day operations, no two days will look the same-and that's exactly how you like it.This is a hybrid role, so you'll need a reliable internet connection and a private workspace to stay productive. Occasional local travel within Central Florida may be required for meetings, hospital visits, and team support. What You'll DoKeep patient care operations running smoothly through coordination and supportManage provider scheduling and onboarding with efficiency and attention to detailCommunicate and collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and keep things movingCoordinate meetings, events, and team initiativesSupport quality improvement efforts and operational projectsAssist with credentialing and ensure compliance processes stay on trackManage supplies and support day-to-day operational needsCreate and share social media contentJump in wherever needed-this is a role for someone who embraces variety and ownership• What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma required1+ year of medical office and/or administrative experienceStrong customer service skills and professional communicationComfortable with medical terminology and technologyHighly organized with strong attention to detailExcellent computer and data entry skillsA self-starter who can work independently and take initiativeAdaptable, flexible, and comfortable with changeProblem-solver with a "figure it out" mindset Pay Range$16.50-$18/hour, based on experience and skillset
