By staying at the forefront of industry-changing technologies, Shenandoah ensures every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, delivering long-term value and peace of mind to our clients.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and skilled CCTV (Camera) Operator to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This position is responsible for inspecting underground utility pipelines using crawler cameras and lateral launch systems, capturing detailed video, and accurately coding conditions per NASSCO standards. This is a field-based role requiring strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.What You'll DoOperate CCTV equipment, crawler cameras, and lateral launch systems to inspect storm, sewer, and other pipelinesRecord and document video footage following NASSCO PACP, LACP, or MACP standardsPerform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the truck and all camera equipmentSet up and maintain safe work zones, including traffic control in accordance with local regulationsCommunicate inspection results with supervisors, crew members, and clientsMaintain digital inspection logs and video records accurately and timelyAssist in grouting and sealing operations when neededConduct confined space entries (as needed) following all safety protocolsTroubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipmentRead and interpret utility maps, blueprints, and construction plansPerform other duties as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED3+ years of experience in underground utility inspection or related field preferredValid driver's license with clean driving record (CDL preferred or may be required based on truck type)Knowledge of PACP coding and CCTV inspection systems strongly preferredAbility to read and understand utility plans and site mapsMechanically inclined and tech-savvy with strong computer skillsComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and confined spacesStrong communication and customer service skillsMust be punctual, safety-focused, and a reliable team playerWork ScheduleMonday to FridayOvertimeWeekends as neededPerks of the JobWeekly Pay401(k) with Company MatchHealth, Dental & Vision InsuranceCompany-Paid Life InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Company-Provided Safety EquipmentPerformance-Based Bonus OpportunitiesOpportunities for Career AdvancementShenandoah is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
