You will work under the direction of Principals and Project Managers while directing team members and interfacing with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation & TechnicalPrepare, review, and check all construction documents for accuracyCoordinate documents with internal team members and external consultantsApply working knowledge of lighting, HVAC, structural, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical designDemonstrate extensive knowledge of architectural detailing and construction standardsTeam Leadership & CoordinationDirect Production Team, assign tasks, and allocate resourcesFacilitate communication among staff regarding project status, objectives, and performanceInterface with clients as directed and manage relationships to ensure satisfactionFoster an atmosphere for learning and professional growthProject Management & AdministrationCoordinate submission of documents to building departmentsSupport construction administration (RFIs, shop drawings, submittals)Lead field survey teams for as-built documentationMaintain, organize, and archive project filesQualificationsRequiredDegree in Architecture from an accredited institution5+ years of experience in a professional architecture officeMulti-family residential and mixed-use experience requiredAdvanced skills in Revit, CAD, and Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of CBC, ADA, and relevant building codesStrong communication, time management, and organizational skillsPreferredLicensed Architect in CaliforniaBroad experience across various project types and phasesAbility to make independent decisions and recommendationsWhat This Role OffersLeadership opportunities directing production teamsDirect client interaction and relationship managementDiverse multifamily and mixed-use project experienceEqual Opportunity EmployerMVE + Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
