**Description:** As the Flight Line Associate Manager at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Greenville, South Carolina, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of flight line operations/. Key Responsibilities /- Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of 30 professionals, fostering growth, teamwork, and high performance/. /- Coordinate and oversee all flight line activities, including Fuel Skid operations, Green Run procedures, and aircraft delivery processes/. /- Plan and manage staffing levels, schedules, and resources to meet operational demands and customer requirements/. /- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, aviation regulations, and company policies throughout all flight line operations/. /- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of performance and customer satisfaction/. /- Develop and implement training programs for flight line personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations/. /- Foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and open communication within the flight operations team and across departments/. /- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and recognize achievements to motivate and engage team members/. **Basic Qualifications:** Minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role/. Flight line experience with legacy aircraft's maintenance and modification/. **Desired Skills:** Fighter Aircraft Experience; F/-16 manufacturing experience/. Working knowledge of LM Manufacturing Systems including, QADs, PDM, SFM, and EWI/. Familiarity with Flight Line aircraft maintenance, safety processes/. Strong communication skills, verbal and written/. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed/.
