Fleet Coordinator

Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. We are currently seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team of the best fire protection professionals in the industry. This position is based in our Dallas, Texas location. Primary duties involve day-to-day operations of the company's vehicle fleet. This role ensures vehicles are properly maintained, compliant with regulations, and efficiently utilized to support business operations. May be asked from time-to-time to assist with other duties in the finance department as needed. Fleet Coordinator Tasks include but are not limited to: * Manage and coordinate all things related to company's vehicle fleet * Assist with purchasing and disposal of fleet vehicles * Maintain accurate records of vehicle assignments, mileage, registrations, and inspections * Support district offices with all vehicle needs * Generate reports on fleet performance, maintenance history, and costs * Manage and coordinate vehicle fuel cards across all district offices * Assist finance department with other duties as needed Bond Coordinator * Manage and coordinate all things related to company's bond application process * Communicate with surety and Districts to timely process applications and distribution of bonds to District offices License Coordinator * Manage and coordinate all things related to company's Texas licenses * Communicate with State authorities as well as some employees to maintain records and keep licenses current
