Logistics Senior Manager

Position SummaryGallery Department is seeking an experienced and highly organized Logistics Senior Manager to lead and oversee the company's logistics operations across domestic and international channels. This role will be responsible for managing the movement of finished goods, raw materials, and inventory across the business, while ensuring efficient coordination between internal teams, external vendors, and third-party logistics partners (3PLs).The ideal candidate brings strong experience in end-to-end logistics, inventory flow, shipping operations, and the onboarding and ongoing management of 3PL partners both in the U.S. and internationally. This person will play a critical role in improving operational efficiency, supporting business growth, and building scalable logistics processes across multiple markets. Experience working in NetSuite or a comparable ERP platform is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all company logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, domestic, and international shipping activitiesOwn the end-to-end flow of inventory across warehouses, 3PL partners, retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and other business channelsLead the selection, onboarding, implementation, and ongoing management of domestic and international 3PL partnersBuild strong relationships with logistics providers, freight partners, customs brokers, and related vendors to ensure service levels, cost efficiency, and operational reliabilityPartner cross-functionally with Operations, Production, Wholesale, Retail, E-commerce, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth inventory movement and fulfillment supportMonitor inventory transfers, shipping activity, and logistics performance to identify risks, delays, and opportunities for improvementManage and help optimize logistics and inventory workflows within NetSuite, ensuring accurate system transactions, inventory visibility, and alignment between internal teams and external partnersPartner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support process improvements, reporting, and system alignment related to NetSuite, inventory management, and order flowDevelop and implement logistics processes, SOPs, KPIs, and reporting tools to improve accuracy, visibility, and scalabilityEnsure compliance with shipping, import/export, customs, and international trade requirements, as applicableReview freight and logistics costs regularly and identify opportunities for savings and operational improvementsTroubleshoot shipping, carrier, customs, 3PL, and system-related issues in a timely and solution-oriented mannerProvide strategic recommendations to leadership on logistics infrastructure, network design, and future-state operational needsQualifications7+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory operations, or related operational leadership rolesStrong experience managing company-wide logistics and inventory movement, not solely warehouse operationsDemonstrated experience onboarding, implementing, and managing 3PL relationships in both domestic and international marketsHands-on experience working in NetSuite, including inventory movement, order flow, reporting, and logistics-related process coordinationExperience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping carriers, and international logistics vendorsStrong understanding of inventory control, order flow, fulfillment operations, and supply chain best practicesExperience in apparel, fashion, retail, consumer goods, or other product-based businesses strongly preferredAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partnersStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment and building structure where neededPreferred ProfileStrategic and hands-on operator who can both build and executeExperienced in scaling logistics functions in a growing businessStrong vendor management and negotiation skillsDetail-oriented with a high sense of ownership and accountabilityAble to balance day-to-day execution with longer-term process improvementComfortable leveraging NetSuite and related systems to improve visibility, controls, and logistics performanceJob Type:Full timeBenefitsPTO
