Driver Coordinator Lead

The Driver Coordinator is the onsite operational authority responsible for converting governance and planning into safe, compliant, real-time execution. This role directly manages Driver/Test Operators, fleet readiness, mission scheduling, and issue escalation during assigned shifts.Driver Coordinators are the control layer of the program - ensuring procedures are followed consistently across cities and shifts.Daily Operations & ExecutionManage daily driver scheduling, mission assignments, and readiness validationExecute vehicle check-in / check-out and SSD/ZAM processesMonitor fleet status and live operations through the Webfleet platformEnsure adherence to NVIDIA route plans, safety constraints, and mission objectivesFleet, Facilities & Vendor CoordinationCoordinate vehicle service, maintenance, and vendor interactionsSupport test-track and NCAP equipment operations where applicableEnsure facilities and vehicles are mission-ready at shift startSafety, Escalation & ReportingAct as first-line escalation for safety, route deviation, or operational disruptionEnforce a "safety-first" operating posture at all timesDeliver daily debriefs and weekly operational status reports to leadershipProcess ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies and gaps in Drive Ops workflowsUpdate documentation, SOPs, and execution standards to support continuous improvementWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
