Deliver advanced cardiopulmonary care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in a dynamic travel position based in Kent, WA. This role requires proficiency in diagnosing and treating patients with respiratory ailments, following established medical protocols, and collaborating with healthcare teams in a fast-paced hospital environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide cardiopulmonary services to both inpatients and outpatients according to approved protocols. Assist physicians during invasive and non-invasive respiratory procedures. Administer medicated aerosols using medical compressed gas. Manage ventilators and maintain airway patency. Perform intubations and insertion of arterial lines. Conduct pulmonary function tests, cardiac and pulmonary stress tests, and blood gas analyses. Qualifications and Desired Experience: National Board of Respiratory Care certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT). Valid Washington State Respiratory Therapist license. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications from the American Heart Association. Prior experience in a hospital respiratory care setting is preferred. Strong clinical skills and ability to follow detailed protocols.
