Transportation Supervisor

Moldaw Residences is recruiting for a hospitality focused Transportation Supervisor to join our team! This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery store, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled; supervise other drivers and adhere to DOT regulations for all vehicles. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver: * Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs. * Assist Lifestyles Director in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.). * Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van. * Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance. * Clean and wash vehicle. * May perform housekeeping functions as directed. * Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy. * Supervisor responsibilities assigned by Plant Operations Director Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: * Class B License required * High school diploma or GED required * Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required If you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!
